Returns policy
We
take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be 100%
happy with you purchase. No 'post-purchase remorse' for our
customers thank you very much!
If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are
happy to replace, exchange or re-imburse you for the item(s). Simply
mail the item(s) along with a copy of the invoice back to us. We
would appreciate a detailed comment as to the reason for return.
Should you want to do a return, we do ask you to be reasonable,
therefore we insist that the item(s)must be unworn, unwashed and
have all labels intact. The item(s) must be mailed within 7 days of
delivery and we recommend sending returns via Registered Post for
security and speed. Please note that we are not responsible for any
merchandise that is damaged or lost en route to us. For this reason,
please be sure to pack the item(s) you wish to return carefully and
send the package by a prepaid, insured and traceable method to the
